Adnan Azhar belongs to a more than a century old reputed lineage of Orchardists from the Oudh region. He completed his schooling from `St. Francis College and graduation from Lucknow University, where he excelled in academics and sports. Having secured an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University, Adnan started his professional career in the telecom industry where he scouted and set up sites for major telecom service providers including Reliance, Airtel, Tata Communications across Uttar Pradesh.
Adnan’s abiding interest and skills lies in identifying and developing real estate; a passion he has continually pursued through diverse projects since 2007. A professional who thrives on customising solutions and not merely replicating existing models, Adnan has a keen aesthetic sense and is known to take a personal interest in the intricacies of interior designing of his properties. Building on this experience, he has nurtured partnerships with world renowned firms including Grohe, Toto and RAK to name a few and is presently supplying materials to every major building project and developer in Lucknow.
A progressive thinker who constantly stays abreast with market trends, Adnan noted the need for professional services in the Realty domain and collaborated with Faisal to lay the foundation of SINAN. The focus of this collaboration has been to provide personalised world class real estate advisory to clients in India and abroad. In 2013, SINAN partnered with DAMAC Properties, Dubai and introduced DAMAC in Uttar Pradesh. Hailing from one of the oldest mercantile families of Lucknow dating back to 1875, Faisal Qasim is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at SINAN Realty.
Faisal Qasim hails from one of the oldest mercantile families of Lucknow dating back to 1875. With a strong focus on education in the family, he enrolled in the prestigious University of Nottingham, UK in 2004 after completing his studies in Lucknow, and graduated with a degree in Finance & Investment. Subsequent to his studies, he joined a niche US focused consulting firm in Bangalore and worked with renowned international clients. He later left Bangalore and joined the offshore investment banking operations of Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) in Gurgaon and worked with distinction for more than three years. He finally joined his family business of Agriculture in 2010 and started giving it a modern shape.
During this period, the real estate market was growing fast, especially in a developing city like Lucknow and observing the lack of an organized information market and reliable real estate agents, he decided to join his cousin Adnan Azhar to offer a one stop solution for the real estate needs of customers not only for India but for international markets as well. There objective was not to offer a simple sale and purchase model of working but to manage the entire real estate portfolio of their clients on a regular basis, to enhance their profits with a more hands on approach.
